During the 1980's, he was a founding principal in an Atlanta-based advertising agency with national and regional accounts. He has authored and co-authored ten history books, including the corporate histories of the Brock Candy Company, Herr Foods and H.J. Russell & Company. Among his television credits is "Snap Roll", a documentary about top-tier air show pilots including Patty Wagstaff, Leo Loudenslager and Sean Tucker.
