A general architecture practice was founded in London in 1975 and expanded to offices in Covent Garden. In 1980 the practice developed a historic building specialism, producing new designs in a historic context, converting existing buildings and conservation-repairing historic fabric.The office moved to Hertford, in 1985 and to Southwold in 2000, where it is now based and has developed as a historic-building practice.
