To create an outreach membership and council focused on at risk populations of community members with high blood pressure, kidney failure, diabetes, obesity, and asthma to learn how to avoid and or eliminate chronic conditions that lead to more adverse health outcomes. Providing education, training, instilling proper nutrition consumption and hosting conferences for members, development of clinical and treatment sites, links to clinics and institutions who support our missions and implementation of these goals.
