About AsBe.org
The American Society of Baking (ASB) is a professional organization comprising commercial baking professionals, food technologists, engineering, equipment and ingredient experts dedicated to advancing baking and baking science technology. ASB provides access to an oline library, networking opportunities, the annual Baking Tech conference, and mentoring and certification programs. ASB also serves as the secretariat for the ANSI Safety and Sanition Standards.
