Established in 1979 by Dale and Martha Short, Atlasta Catering Service grew out of Dale’s vast restaurant experience and desire to own his own catering business. As far back as 1974, Dale was running his own ‘catering business’, it just didn’t have a name and was run out of his house! After closing his restaurant, Big Ellwood’s Barbecue, Dale took the plunge and opened Atlasta Catering Service, Inc officially.
