We are deep in the middle of a VEGETABLE DEBATE at our dinner table every night. Since I am by myself with the girls at dinner I am frustrated and exhausted by the constant debate and negotiation. I almost forgot this old trick to get the veggies in. Recipe for kid friendly “NO VEGETABLE PASTA SAUCE”- 1 pack cherry tomatoes, 1 red pepper, 1 zucchini, some carrot- sautee then puree and serve over favourite noodles.
