Description
The board comprising of the two founding doctors and their spouses are the prime investors in this hospital. These individuals initially forked out cash to purchase the original plot of land to build the hospital. The bank loan was organized against the collateral of personal properties of these partners and they have collectively shared the responsibility of repayment of the bank loan, in addition to all the new development activities at the hospital.
The Board of Directors comprises of 4 members, which includes two partners and their spouses. The list of present Board members and their designations are listed below:
