Bergsten Music started in the mid-1960's when Andy Bergsten began to acquire both backline and sound equipment for his own bands and those that played around the Worcester area. In 1968, Van Morrison used Bergsten's equipment for a show that Andy's band also played as the opening act. That was his first professional rental. Bergsten continued to provide gear and technical support for his band throughout the 1960's and 70's.
