Dan Bernier grew up in Waterville, where he currently lives with his wife, Jen, and their three children. He earned his B.A. degree from The George Washington University in Washington, DC and his J.D. degree from The New England School of Law in Boston, MA. While at NESL, Dan earned the American Jurisprudence Award for Estate Planning. He was awarded Volunteer Prosecutor of the Year for 1998, 1999 and 2000 for his volunteer work with the Kennebec County District Attorney's Office.
