Description
Best Academy has been in existance since the early 1990's and grew from Brownridge Institute of Karate, which was founded in the mid 1970's. Our current locations offers changing rooms for both sexes, bathroom, soda machine and water cooler, free weights, viewing area and the main training floor.
We have an array of training devices, like hte balance pad, ankle/wrist weights, resistance bands, the wooden dummy, stretch ropes, kicks bags, punching bags and dummies and much more. Our instructors are extremely creative in putting these devices to good use :)
