The Building Industry Association/Greater Los Angeles Ventura Chapter (BIA/GLAV) is comprised of approximately 500 companies involved in every aspect of building homes and creating thriving communities for a growing and diverse population.
At the forefront of the housing issues facing Los Angeles and Ventura counties, BIA/GLAV is committed to the significant funding of critical infrastructure like schools, roads, and parks, and providing, protecting and preserving open space and natural resources. To reach this goal, BIA/GLAV works alongside elected officials, community leaders and organizations to come up with attainable solutions to the burgeoning population looking for affordable housing and quality communities throughout Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
The BIA and its members are dedicated to meeting the demand by creating communities that families are proud to call home.
