- BlueTorch Studios was founded by graphic designer Ross Paffett and Programmer Kevin Lindeman in January of 2006 as a vehicle for games made with the Unity game engine, made by Over The Edge. Their first game Open Fire already a hit award winner, which was placed 1st for the Public Vote during the Over the Edge Unity Widget Challenge. BlueTorch Studios currently has a great partnership with BlueGill Flame Game Studios. All of the BTS games for the foreseeable future will feature the 2D graphic design of Ross, Programming of Kevin, as well as the 3D graphical talent of Jeff McArthur of BlueGill Flame Game Studios.
