We are easy to find, just take a stroll along the seafront on The Strand, turn into Gregory Street and there we are – indoors is air conditioned with shady, weather protected, outdoor seating which is available all year round.
The Blue Bottle Cafe Gallery was named after the first coffee house opened in Vienna in 1683 – but our history is much shorter. The doors were opened here in January 1999. Excellence in everything is our aim and we pride ourselves on our friendly personalised service – a rare characteristic in the prevailing modern fast food mentality.
What you see is not always what you get at the Blue Bottle –concerts, plays, exhibition openings, wine and beer tastings are just some of the interesting and varied events that have happened here over the past 12 months.
