Description
BEP Surface Technologies LTD can trace its roots back to 1970 when Bury Electroplating Company first opened its doors for business from small premises in Gigg Lane, Bury. The company gradually expanded throughout the 1970s servicing mainly the printing industry.
1983 saw a big leap forward with the formation of our sister company BEP Grinding Ltd and a move to new larger premises at our current site on Eton Hill Road, Radcliffe. We were now processing rolls for many different industries such as Glass, Steel, Plastics Calendering and Laminating, Film Casting and Photographic Paper.
During the 1980s and 90s the companies continued to expand adding new processes such as turning, polishing, grinding, super-finishing, grit/shot blasting and nickel plating.
