The company was founded in 2001 by two individuals who have worked professionally together for over 26 years as agents for the California Marin County Sheriff's office.
Richard Keaton, a former criminal investigator specializing in homicide, intelligence and serial killings for the past 34 years, retired, obtained his P.I. License and Annette Martin, internationally known Radio and TV psychic were brought together in June, 1975 to resolve a murder that occurred in Marin County, California.
Through out the years Keaton and Martin have assisted numerous police agencies across the face of the nation helping to resolve and locate information not obtainable by ordinary means.
