Description
Dr. Robert Spitz, a board certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist serves as Medical Director of Coastal Connecticut Research. He is a life-long resident of southeastern Connecticut, with a B.A. degree from Dartmouth College, an M.D. degree from Boston University, and residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Rochester. With over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Spitz now focuses his practice on gynecology and women’s health care research. Since 1993, Dr. Spitz has conducted clinical trials in both the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, and he has been awarded two U.S. Patents for devices for correction of urinary incontinence. He is a Certified Clinical Investigator through the Drug Information Association (DIA).
Dr. Jeffrey H. Lane is a board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist in private practice in East Lyme and Ledyard, Connecticut since 1983. His practice is now limited to Gynecology and Women’s Health. He is also the medical director of CT CosMedic, a laser aesthetic treatment center in East Lyme, CT (www.ctlaser.com). Dr. Lane received his B.A. from the University of Rochester, his M.D. from Albany Medical College, and completed his residency training at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He has extensive clinical experience most areas of Women’s Health and particular interest in the areas of contraception, mood disorders, perimenopause, menopause, osteoporosis, and sexual dysfunction.
Dr. Mark J. Goldstein is a Board Certified Dermatologist in private practice in Hamden, New Haven and New London, Connecticut since 1985. Dr. Goldstein received his B.A., cum laude, from Vassar College, his M.D. from New York Medical College, and his residency training at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. Dr. Goldstein is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and is an expert in all diseases of the skin, hair and nails. He has special interests in psoriasis, eczema, skin cancer, hair loss and acne. Dr. Goldstein is currently Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at The Yale University School of Medicine and an Attending Physician at The Yale New Haven Hospital.
