- Well, I could write this in the third person...but, let's not get too carried away. My name is Nicholas A. Zantop, and I have the coolest job on the planet - I get to take pictures! My passion for photography started very early on in life as I was fortunate enough to have an adventurous mother who loved to travel. We crossed the country from Florida to California and I shot my way through the prairies and the desert with an old Rollei B35. I loved the freedom that a camera provided to both capture memories and yet recreate them in a totally new way. My first experiences with photography were shooting nature, landscape, and wildlife. My interests have since expanded and I still enjoy exploring new subject matter.
