CTPA is run by Charlie Tomlin, whose experience as an Executive PA/Secretary, Senior Administrator and Office Manager has been within a variety of industries over the years, including Property, Leisure, Recruitment and Marketing both in the UK and abroad.
By no means exhaustive, this is a guide to some of the services available from CTPA. Please feel free to call and discuss any assignments which may not appear.
Fees are always agreed before CTPA undertakes any work and as you can imagine, because no two jobs are the same, fees differ for each assignment - a 1,000 word straight-forward text document is quite different to a 40 page presentation with imported text, graphics and media clips. As a general guide however, CTPA charge between £15 - £20 per hour depending on the assignment. You're only charged for time spent working on the assignment itself and detailed 'timesheets' are provided for you in various formats relevant to the task. However for clients expecting to utilise CTPA on a regular basis, retainer fees can be arranged specifically tailored to your workflow.
