After nearly 20 years of service and many successful events, Dancemasters Disc Jockey Entertainers (Dancemasters) is changing its name to Rothkin Entertainment. This move reflects the experience of veteran Master of Ceremonies (MC) & Entertainment Director, Steve Rothkin and the personalized service his clients have come to expect. When Steve founded Dancemasters, the role of a DJ was straightforward—play music. Over the years, Steve has incorporated a multitude of additional services that ensure a fun and flawless celebration.
Any DJ can keep up with the latest lighting effects and equipment. What makes Steve stand out in the DJ crowd is his commitment to personalized service. This means that last minute changes, special song requests, working side-by-side with banquet managers and being on hand to offer advice on everything from the event timeline to party favors comes standard for every client. He is particularly known for his thorough planning meetings and attention to detail. A recent client said, “The meeting with Steve was very thorough and meticulous in working out every last detail.
