Our aim is to provide a peaceful, secure and pleasant place to live for people who prefer the convenience of Park Homes. We charge a rent for your site, £91.63 for a twin (double) or £84.00 for a single per calendar month. You pay your electricity direct to the power company and you arrange your gas direct with the LPG company. The park homes are assesses at Band A for Council tax purposes. Our agreement is clear and fair and is there to protect you, Essex Park Homes as well as the other residents of Oversley Mill Park.
