Garcephone Company is a multi-functional company. Our main business is in manufacturing sporting good for water sports. We have been manufacturing sporting goods for many years now. We are also a fabric manufacturer (knitted fabric). We are a manufacturer/exporter for all the products that we are manufacturing. In 1996, we also started our tea trade sector. Our headquarter is located in Taipei, Taiwan. Over the years, we have been through stock crashes, recession, oil crisis...etc. You named it. We have been through good times and the bad times. We survive for one and one reason only and, that is our believes in high quality, fair prices and services.
Our company structure is quite simple. To cut down our production costs and maintain high quality of goods, all our employees are required to be knowledgeable for all trades. Most of our employees have been with us for years and they learn all their knowledge from real life job training. Through years of on the job training, they learn our customers' needs and demands first hand. After all these years, we are still learning every day. We never know if there is one day that we can tell ourselves, "We know everything and there are nothing more for us to learn". We are hoping to see this day however, we know this day will never come, as long as not all our customers are alike.
President, CEO. Emily Chan has been with this company for many years now. She has an all around talent. She is specializing in financial planning, exporting and tax regulation.
