High Density Design recognizes your basic need for timely prototype assembly. We also know how important it is for your prototypes to function as they would in a full production environment. To address these needs we have top of the line equipment made exclusively for quick-turn, production quality assembly.
No Hand Soldering:
Hand soldering is time consuming, inconsistent and will affect your test results. We use a 7 zone (top & bottom) production reflow oven to accurately control the temperatures of both leaded and lead free product profiles.
Reels not required:
Other companies promise quick turn assembly as long as components are supplied on reels. They are not equipped to handle loose parts.
