The Hillview Grill was established in 1986. Miles and Mindy Millwee have owned and operated the Hillview Grill since 1988, making it the successful restaurant it is today.
Our early menu reflected a mix of Creole-Cajun cuisine. We have expanded this concept to include spices, sauces and cultural cuisines from around the World. We offer a variety of entrees to suit just about everyone.
Our Chef takes care in selecting the finest quality meats, the freshest fish and seafood, and robust produce...creatively preparing these for you, our customer. We have built on our reputation of consistent quality food and professional, friendly wait staff from the beginning.
