- Inishowen Learning Disability Network is a community based group supported by the Inishowen Partnership as well as the European Commision. Through working with the Health Board and local organizations we aquire information, source grants, provide training and support for clients, carers and staff in Inishowen. Our aim is to provide services for all those with a learning disability in Inishowen.
