Joining Technologies was formed in 1992 by founder Michael Francoeur after a separation of a previous failed business partnership. Partnerships often fail as a result of non-aligned core values. A failed partnership can often inspire lessons and experiences that pave the way for a renewed spiritual and philosophical freedom. Great leadership calls upon ones experiences and beliefs and is usually built around core values, which in turn creates the company's corporate culture.
