- Welcome to the Kelowna Civics and Okanagan Imports Club. This Site and forum were started on July 19th 2004. It is our goal to bring import enthusiasts in the Okanagan together in one place. You do not have to drive a Civic to be a member or participate in the forum. Access to the forum is free for everyone but you must sign up to take part.
