- Dr. Rechnic is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Binghamton University. He received his Medical Degree from UCLA Medical School in 1979, and completed residencies in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery at the University of Southern California. For 20 years his practice focused on reconstructive surgery and cosmetic surgery of the face, breast and body. He served two terms as President of the San Diego Surgical Society and as Director of its Continuing Medical Education program.
