While perusing the limited selection of condiment-stained, outdated menus in his menu drawer, Greg...who has never cooked a meal in his life, wondered..."with hundreds of the best restaurants in the world within footsteps of my Manhattan apartment...why should I be limited to just these few menus?". He decided that he shouldn’t and came up with a plan to publish a book that included all the menus in his area...the MenuPages. He wasn’t sure how to do it, but from that day forward he graciously accepted his role as the Menu Dude...the dude who would bring menus to the masses.
After many years in his study of menuology...becoming the world’s foremost authority...he came up with the idea of a magical menu machine...one that would make all MenuPages conveniently fit on one page and have them easily publish to the web and to a printed book. In May, he began the process of building his invention. It doesn’t slice or dice, but it does give you more Manhattan menus than you can shake a stick at.
