Headquartered in Montreal, Canada, Optimum CRA Services is a clinical research monitoring and project management organization which was founded in 2006 by My Hai and My Hanh Doan. Both co-founders are bilingual (English and French) Registered Nurses and hold a Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing from University of Montreal. They are both certified by SoCRA and are also members of ACRP. They have over 10 years of field clinical and research experience in various domains and therapeutic areas.
