Quilter's Mall Crawl
Twice a year, usually in June and November, QuiltIndex.com hosts a Quilter's Mall Crawl. This is an online event where shoppers are instructed to visit each participating shop in search of a quilt block. If the shopper locates the minimum required number of blocks, they are eligible for various prizes. Our next Mall Crawl will be held in June, 2006. Banner and Sidebar Ads
QuiltIndex.com receives 4500-5000 page displays per day in non-Crawl months, and 32,000+ page displays per day during the Crawl. Each public page of QuiltIndex.com will display one banner ad and four sidebar ads. Michele of Cherry Lane Quilt Shop writes: "Our shop ... placed an ad on your site for the month of September and I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the amount of traffic it has generated for our site. A good portion of our visitors come from your site. Since we are a new shop this is very exciting for us!"
