Music and acting may seem unlikely pathways, yet it was an early career in entertainment that led brothers Sean and Dylan Provencher to the top of the Toronto real estate market.
The Provencher brothers grew up in a small community near Montreal, Quebec. Their respective musical and acting talents showed at an early age and, when Sean was 10 and Dylan 12, the family moved to Toronto to help them pursue their careers.
Sean studied the violin at the Royal Conservatory of Music, and later joined the Toronto Youth Symphony Orchestra. Dylan won a part in CBC’s syndicated “Wind at my back”, spent five seasons with the show, and went on to win numerous awards and acknowledgments — including the Young Actors of Hollywood 1998 award.
Before they reached their 20s, the brothers followed good advice from their family and invested in purchasing properties throughout the GTA. Success in purchasing and maintaining their properties led Sean and Dylan to a life-changing decision to set aside their careers in entertainment and break into the sales side of the Toronto real state market. The rest, as the saying goes, is history.
Today, Sean and Dylan have climbed to the peak of a highly competitive business and operate from eight RE/MAX offices across the GTA. Always slightly ahead of the curve in innovative approaches to customer service, they commissioned this website with the design mandate that it should be the most advanced and informative site in the current Toronto homes market. With the website now showcasing anywhere from 400-800 properties at any time, the Provencher brothers continue to pursue their goal of building the optimal “one-stop online shop” for real estate buyers and sellers.
Dylan and Sean are committed believers in giving back to their community, and actively support numerous organizations and charities. They are particularly proud of their ability to support the Children's Miracle network, and the Children’s Breakfast Program which helps feed children in many Toronto schools. The brothers also work with their brokerage, RE/MAX Hallmark Realty, to raise money for breast cancer research.
