RL Hanson-Online is my vision - which I passionately focus most of my energy on to ensure its success.

My mission for RL Hanson-Online is to provide a personal "premium" service at an affordable price to my clients. I want the same service to be provided to people whether they are just starting their business or are a well established firm.

I want my clients to know that they are important to me - not just in a business sense, but that I genuinely care about them as a person and I want to help them succeed.

I believe it's important for my clients to be able to reach a real person when they call. I make myself available for consultation or tech support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If my phone rings in the middle of the night, I know I have a client who is struggling to complete something on a schedule they can't afford to change. I value these requests as much as I value the calls during normal business hours.

What I do: I perform all web design and tech support procedures as well as graphic design and concepts for new clients. I evaluate my client's needs and make recommendations based on the services they require - and their budgets. Their success is my investment to the future of RL Hanson-online.

My experience: I started in the pre-press graphics industry at an early age in a family-owned business. My first delegated duty was to sort art based on "the good, the bad, and the terrible" which taught me to identify quality in art design. I spent many hours performing "paste-up" procedures back when we didn't use computers to create our graphics and text. We used a typesetter and a camera, placed each item on a paste-up board and hand-cut items for color separation. I taught myself the digital art programs on my pc by reading tutorials and a lot of trial and error. Now I love the process! With the invent of CorelDraw, Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, & In Design - the sky is the limit when it comes to design concepts. I love the constant evolution of features.

How I can help you: First and foremost is the personal service you'll receive. When I train my personnel - their training involves knowing the personal aspects of each client - who has a family member struggling with cancer, who has a business just starting out, who needs additional explanations during technical support. These are the things we focus on as well as the premium services we provide.
