To be used by Christ as a blessing in our outreach by ministering to those who are hurting and in need as a result of being a victim of domestic violence and/or sexual abuse. Ruth and Naomi Foundation and those ministering, recognize that in order to accomplish our mission we must continue to pray unceasingly, grow in faith and love and provide Christ centered counseling, scriptural presentations and offer abundant resources to the people and communities we minister to.
