Sonic Perfectionists is a small business that is run out of our home on the side. Presently we only have two employees: myself and my wife (unless you decide to count our two cats ;-).
I have degrees in both Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science, and throughout my career I have worked in both Electrical and in Software Engineering capacities. But my driving passion for the past 25 years has really been audio. And during most of that period I have been building, modifying, and repairing audio equipment. My interest has always been strongest for vacuum tube technologies and analog recording technologies.
We have a small studio and a lab where we can do all sorts of cool stuff such as perform LP to CD conversions, Open-Reel Tape to CD conversions, work on tube equipment, and align analog tape decks.
