LEADERSHIP SoundOut is a program of CommonAction, a nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Washington, recognized by the IRS as a 501(c) charitable organization. CommonAction is governed by an active Board of Directors, and the SoundOut Advisory Board is formed of experts to provide guidance. Members include:
