- DawnElla Rust received her BS in Community Health from Oklahoma State University. She received her M.S. in Health and Physical Education from Emporia State University and her terminal degree in Health Promotions from Oklahoma State University. Currently she is a Community Health Professor and the Health Science Program Coordinator in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Science at Stephen F. Austin State University. She is a dedicated teacher that strives to lead by example. As President, Dr. Rust will chair TAHPERD's Executive Committee.
