I purchased my first property, a small one bedroom apartment, in Bradenton on the Florida Gulf coast in 1980. When my family or I were not using it we lent it out to colleagues. Very soon I had more requests for bookings than my apartment could handle. I was also approached by several American owners asking me to rent their apartments out to British people in the summer months. That's how it all began, and it grew from there to the number of apartments and houses I have available for rent to day. All the accommodation you will find in the following pages is known and approved by me personally. My guide line is 'Would I be happy to stay in the property'. I still travel to Florida 3 or 4 times a year and try to check several properties each time to make sure the are being kept up to scratch.
Although my main area is the Gulf Coast I recently purchased a house in the Disney Area, and now have accommodation available there also. I offer a very personal service, and can advise you on all aspects of your Florida Holiday, from accommodation, flights, car hire, insurance or even the best time of year to travel.
