Established in 1980, Therma Data invented the first computerized laundry label system still being used today. The purpose of the system is to generate a label that will tolerate the harsh conditions of industrial laundry use. Our labels are made of a durable fabric and coated to delay fraying and excessive wear. We also sell indelible ink ribbons for various dot matrix printers. The ink is specially formulated to print these labels, allowing them to be heat set and washed for optimum results.
Garment labels can be applied to uniforms and other clothing by using any of our heat seal machines. These machines are available in various sizes and price ranges. Our hand operated machines can be used by nursing homes and other institutions that require less volume and they need no special equipment to operate. They are portable and can be carried to any destination. For greater volume, the Texas Automation (ES-32 and ES-42) models are the best sold. They do require the use of a portable compressor.
To complete our line we offer mending material in various sizes and a wide array of colors, as well as all products to assist you in keeping your heat seal equipment in top notch working order. Teflon and silicone rubber press pads for the heat seal equipment may be ordered by the yard or on specialty designed slide on plates for your convenience. Route tape is available in all colors and can be produced for you with the information you provide to us.
