Description
Graduated MTSU in 89 with a degree in Mass Communications and an emphasis in photojournalism. Prior to working as a press photographer my interests were primarily in fine art and documentary black & white photography.
Not until I stumbled onto the work of Denis Reggie and his striking images of "wedding photojournalism" in the mid 90's did I consider a career in wedding photography. Now, I take pride in offering the prospective bride an opportunity to have one of the the most important days in her life documented in beautiful imagery.
With sensitive respect to your guests and family and compliance with your wishes my goal is to capture moments as they unfold, not stage the same old hackneyed photos that we all associate with traditional wedding photography.
