Too Complicated Productions was formed in early 2000 by two friends, Stephen Nyikos and Chris Beller, after noticing the number of services offering "low-cost" web design that failed to offer the "quality" of the larger, more expensive firms. That's when we decided to start a company that offers the quality and services of the larger firms, but without the exaggerated prices.
