- The History of Tucson Differential all began when Jay Sinclair, Tucson Differential's owner decided to open his own shop in 1990 and work for himself. He found a single bay garage for rent and set up shop with a tool box, jack and jackstands. In a very short time he moved into a 3 bay garage just to keep up with inventory, growing customer base and the amount of work that was coming in. It wasn't long before Jay needed to hire a shop helper and eventually a full crew to keep up with the demands of a growing business. Tucson Differential is now in a 10 bay shop with welding, fabricating and machining facility's in house. With more than 37 years of combined drivetrain experience ranging from rock crawlers, drag cars, hot rods and almost anything else with wheels, Tucson Differential can provide you with answers to your questions, parts for your application, or service for your vehicle.
