Wimm-Bill-Dann has a diversified portfolio of trademarks encompassing more than 1,000 types of dairy products and more than 150 types of juice, nectars and cold drinks. The Company occupies the leading position in the Russian dairy market. In this segment, the Company’s market share in Russia’s twenty four largest cities in 2005 was 34%. According to AC Nielsen data, the largest product share is for yogurt-desert products (41%).

One of the primary competitive advantages of the Company is that Wimm-Bill-Dann is neither regional nor Moscow centered but is a truly national Russian manЫufacturer. WBD’s strategy is to produce dairy products in the region where they are consumed. Wimm-Bill-Dann has a strong production base in the Russian regions, especially after the completion (in 2003) of a wide-ranging program of modernizing its facilities.
