A permanent injunction is in place in Northern District California U.S. District Court against Websherlock.com. The site has been taken down and turned over to Pacific Information Resources, Inc., the owners of SearchSystems.net. Other web sites that have permanent injunctions against them are datahounddetective.com, detectivechoice.com, skiptools.com, and all of their related public record web sites. Search Systems also has a $790,000 judgment against courtsonline.org and the web site owner Mark Musselman, who is currently incarcerated in an Ohio prison for Internet fraud.
