A few years ago, I played in an English fantasy football league with my friend Andreas among others. He named the league 'Albion Road', a make-believe English stadium or team or place. I've adopted that name on various message boards and thought it would be a nice name for this website.

I've since found out there's an Albion Road School in Willenhall, Staffordshire, England, an Albion Road in London (and many other places), a road fronting Hibernian's stadium (though it doesn't take that name).
