The mission of the Coalition of Neighborhood Councils is to support neighborhood councils, community-based organizations, and residents to create, maintain, and strengthen vibrant neighborhoods. The Coalition of Neighborhood Councils, or the CNC as it is more commonly known, is a resident group made up of the neighborhood councils within the under-invested southeastern San Diego area.
