Dreams for Kids is a volunteer based, registered non-profit 501(c)(3) children's charity which empowers young people of all abilities through dynamic leadership programs and life-changing activities that inspire them to fearlessly pursue their dreams and compassionately change the world.
Dreams for Kids offers education, recreation, financial assistance and hope to children through various programs throughout Illinois. Dreams for Kids is a grassroots organization which believes in helping kids develop and experience life to their fullest potential. We also strive to eliminate the isolation of those with disabilities.
Including the Extreme Recess sports and activites program for children who live with physical and/or developmental challenges,Dreams Leaders youth leadership prgram, bringing youth of every race, religion, socio-economic background,gender and ability together to work on local and world community service initiatives. Patricia Tuohy Scholarship Fund, the Kelly Christine Raimondi scholarship, and the Father Wally Fund. Each December, we host the worlds largest holiday celebration for homeless and underpriveleged kids, Holiday for Hope.
