Facing the Future develops young people’s capacity and commitment to create thriving, sustainable, and peaceful local and global communities. We do this by equipping teachers and schools with the tools and strategies to help students:
Facing the Future delivers curriculum and workshops to middle and high school teachers from all over the world. More than 800,000 students from all walks of life have been reached with our materials, including English and non-English speaking students, students from low, middle, and high income families, rural and urban students, and students from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
Facing the Future maintains an online database of service learning projects of international and local interest, and provides service learning workshops to educators.
