- About the Journal
- GGH was established in 1985 with the support of unrestricted educational grants. Dr. Robert M. Blizzard was the Founding Editor and served as Editor-in-Chief until his retirement in 2003. Dr. Fima Lifshitz has served on the editorial board since the journal was established, became co-editor in chief in 2002 and has been the editor in chief since 2004. The journal is published quarterly, in print format since its inception and in an electronic version posted on the internet since 2002. The complete archives of the journal are available and may be accessed through the journals’ web. Each issue contains a lead original article, reviews and editorial comments of selected scientific articles published in the literature with editorial commentary and summaries of papers presented at key international meetings. GGH enjoys a worldwide readership of physician specialists/sub specialists, researchers, nurses and other professionals interested in the field. It is read by most pediatric endocrinologists throughout the world. The Editorial Board has complete editorial control and sole responsibility for the content of the journal. GGH is currently funded by an unrestricted educational grant from Pediatric Sunshine Academics, Inc.
