In December, 2007, Glexia's 19 year old CEO Michael Williams saw fit to join with some of his teenage h4xx0r (hacker) buddies and fraudulently take over a popular web site called 4chan. As his colleagues social-engineered Network Solutions in order to steal this site's domain name, and then designed what they called "The New 4chan," Williams used his company to host the fraudulent and phony new version. Little did Williams and his friends realize that these shenanigans were a serious violation of US federal law.
Nor was this the first time.
As the news of the 4chan hijacking hit the internet, many came forward with their stories of Michael Williams' earlier illegal antics.
- Seriously, this kid fucked with bank accounts, did dDOS attacks to computers and cell phones and general prank calls almost daily. He picked a guy in pennsylvania, got his address, then called all of his neighbors at 3 AM pretending to be the guy. Some of the neighbors went to the guys house to confront him, and he had absolutely no idea what was going on. Remember when t-mobile got hacked and a bunch of celebrities phone numbers were leaked? that was him and his buddies. And this is only the tip of the iceberg.
