ISL was founded in April 1982. Since its inception, ISL has developed innovative concepts to solve otherwise intractable problems. ISL has developed and adapted analysis tools, signal processing algorithms, unique antenna array designs, and computer simulations to show concept feasibility and to support the resulting system development. ISL scientists and engineers have fielded experiments to resolve key phenomenology issues and to provide design data.
